KeytoBrick is a wholesale real estate marketplace connecting distressed property sellers with licensed cash buyers and real estate investors. We operate with licensed real estate professionals in Texas and New York. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage in all states.

By accessing or using keytobrick.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

KeytoBrick may enter purchase contracts as the buyer. All contracts entered into by KeytoBrick include standard “and/or assigns” language permitting assignment of the contract to a qualifying third-party buyer.

Sellers receive their agreed-upon purchase price at closing regardless of any assignment. KeytoBrick collects an assignment fee from the investor buyer — this fee is separate from the seller's proceeds and does not reduce the seller's payment.

All cash offers provided by KeytoBrick are estimates based on available market data and are subject to property inspection, title review, and due diligence. No offer is binding or guaranteed until a written purchase contract is signed by all parties.

KeytoBrick reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or decline any offer prior to the execution of a written contract.

Deal information provided through our platform is intended for qualified real estate investors only. By accessing deal information, you represent that you are a sophisticated investor capable of evaluating real estate investments independently.

The KeytoBrick name, logo, website design, and all site content — including text, graphics, data, and software — are proprietary to KeytoBrick LLC. Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission from KeytoBrick LLC.

KeytoBrick LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any real estate transactions facilitated through our platform.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the total fees actually paid to KeytoBrick in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Texas law governs all transactions involving Texas properties. New York law governs all transactions involving New York properties. These Terms of Service are otherwise governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the applicable governing jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or site notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
